Order Issues

Because our products are made to order through Printify, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind. However, if there is a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@weekendreconco.com with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
We will work with Printify to send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong product or your order is missing items, please notify us within 30 days so we can correct the mistake quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Since each product is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns for:

Incorrect size ordered
Color variations due to screen differences
Buyer’s change of mind
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
